At Midwest Wellness Lounge, we believe that while on the surface the journey to wellness may appear simple those who have been on the road to development will tell you it’s a lifelong endeavor and we are here to help you each step of the way. Our coaching consists of a whole body focus to wellness.

Step 1: You will meet either in person or via a conference call with your coach, Tracy. We will talk though what concerns you the most, what areas of your wellness do you want to focus on.

Step 2: You will complete a questionnaire about your health that gets sent to Dr. Van D Merkle who developed the Science based Nutritionä . Here at Midwest Wellness Lounge, we want you to live your best life.  Are you healthy enough to experience and enjoy everything that life has to offer?  Beginning with a comprehensive blood test and Science based Nutritionä , we will perform an in-depth analysis of your total system.  Problem areas are identified and carefully documented so that proactive measures may be taken to attain optimal health.  No more taking tons of vitamins and minerals that your body simply doesn’t need.  Take the guess work out and let us help you come up with a plan designed specifically for you. Dr. Crothers will review your repot and suggest follow up lab work based on your personal results. At that time, you can decide what best fits your needs and what next steps you want to take towards a healthy lifestyle.

 

Step 3: You will complete an assessment about you. A person’s talents - those thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that come naturally - are the source of his or her true potential and power. As a strengths coach, I can help you understand and start to harness your talents to advance in your career or personal life. We will review your results together at a follow up call to discuss how to maximize your potential. The key to personal development is to fully understand how to apply your greatest talents and strengths in your everyday live. I can help you with career choices, advancements, current challenges, life goals and more.

Step 4: We will look at all the wellness modalities that Midwest Wellness Center offers and design a customized individual program to support your needs on your journey to wellness.
