How do I prepare for my Infrared Sauna session?
For the sauna, it is advisable to wear swimwear, shorts and a tank top, or opt for nudity within the secure environment of our spa. It is recommended to frequently wipe off sweat to enhance detoxification. If you choose to use the Sauna Bed, ensure your skin is covered with a thin layer of clothing and light socks - specifically long sleeves, long pants, and socks.
Here’s why. The interior of the blanket is made of PU leather, which can get very hot and isn’t meant for direct skin contact. Wearing clothing protects your skin and absorbs sweat, making cleanup easier and more hygienic. It also helps distribute heat more evenly and prevents discomfort or burns from prolonged contact.
Recommended attire: Cotton or moisture-wicking long sleeve shirt, long pants and socks. You may also lay a towel inside or wear a sweat suit designed for sauna use to enhance the experience.
