With over 25 years of experience as an EMT, caring fo others has always been my purpose. Today, I’ve turned that calling into a wellness business focused on offering powerful, non-invasive therapies like infrared sauna and ozone therapy-tools that support healing, boost immunity, and bring relief. Purchase & Cancellation Policy

1. Treatment and Service Policies
• Completed Services: All individual treatments, injections, and procedures are final sale. Results vary by individual, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• Prepaid Packages and Series: Treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. Unused package balances may be converted into store credit at management’s discretion.
• Package Expiration: All prepaid treatment packages must be used within [12 months] of the purchase date.
2. Retail Product Returns
• Unopened Products: Skin care and retail items may be returned for a full refund or store credit within [e.g., 14 days] of purchase, provided they are unopened and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Opened Products: Opened or used items are final sale. If you experience an adverse allergic reaction, please contact us within [72 hours] of use to discuss store credit or product exchange options.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a [10%] fee.
